In my humble opinion it shits all over V-Station. .

Prove it :teeth:

Post the fattest reece you can make with z3ta!
IMO V-station has a warmer sound than z3ta. I've used z3ta a lot when I was still producing under Qbit and I used it mainly for leads or squirty basses. Imho v-station is top when it comes to reeces, but you may prove me wrong anytime ;)

Check any of my/our latest tunes. 90% of bass and lead work is z3ta :)

ah. but we don't wonna hear your tunes, whizz. just your reeces :P
Nah. might be fun to do anyway.. but the samples you post should be straight from the synth, no FX/compression on it.

Aye. Automations on cutoff aloud? This is a good way to see how deep it goes 8)

Altough it's been a while since I made a reece, I'm sure I can pull a phat m*fokker out of my sleeve

automations of course allowed :!:

In fact, let's change the whole thing around. Shall we make a new thread?

Make the nastiest sounding reece/bassline in your favorite synth?

aaaaaaaight it's on !!!

the rules:

1. use your favorite sequencer + synth combo
2. automation allowed
3. no extra fx added (in the synth yeah, but no external FX), we're trying to see what synth can produce the nastiest bass sounds
4. more than one example allowed

This sound about right?
